The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of legal provisions, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) and the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021). We use no tracking tools, no web analytics services and no cookies for marketing or analytical purposes.

3. Data Processing on Our Website

General Website Visit (Server Log Files):
When you access our website, our web server processes technically necessary access data, in particular the IP address, date and time of access, the page accessed, browser type and operating system. This processing is carried out for the technical provision, security and stability of the website on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Server log files are only stored for as long as necessary for these purposes and are then deleted or anonymised. We do not merge this data with other data sources.

Contact Form and Email Contact:
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, the data you provide (name, email address, message) will only be stored and used by us to process your inquiry. We will not share this data without your consent.

4. Data Processing for Booking Inquiries

To process your booking inquiry and fulfil the accommodation contract, we process the following data:

  • First and last name
  • Contact details (email, phone)
  • Desired stay dates
  • Number of guests
  • Voluntarily provided special requests

This data is used exclusively for processing your inquiry and handling your stay. The legal basis is contract fulfilment or the implementation of pre-contractual measures pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Special requests (e.g. dietary needs, allergies, accessibility):
If you voluntarily share special requests with us – such as dietary needs, intolerances, allergies or accessibility requirements – we process this information solely to prepare and conduct your stay. Please share only the information that is genuinely necessary for your stay. To the extent that health data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR is communicated, processing is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR, which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future.

5. Data Processing During Your Stay

During your stay, we only collect data necessary for accommodation:

  • Registration data according to legal registration requirements
  • Billing data for invoicing

This data processing takes place to fulfill legal obligations (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR) and for contract fulfillment (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

6. Data Sharing

Your data will not be shared with third parties unless:

  • You have expressly consented
  • There is a legal obligation (e.g., registration requirements with authorities)
  • It is necessary for contract fulfillment

7. Data Storage and Deletion

Inquiry Data: Emails and contact form messages are deleted after processing your inquiry, at the latest after 6 months.
Booking Data: Will be deleted no later than 6 months after the end of your stay and completion of billing, unless legal retention periods apply (e.g., tax law retention obligations of 7 years for invoices).
Registration Data: Will be retained in accordance with legal requirements.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Rectification: You can request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to Erasure: You can request deletion of your data

9. Data Security

We employ technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, or access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

10. No Website Tracking

Our website uses:

  • No cookies for tracking or analytics
  • No Google Analytics or similar web analytics services
  • No social media plugins with data transfer
  • No advertising tracking tools

We do not engage in profiling, retargeting or reach measurement.

11. Embedded Third-Party Services

For the technical presentation of our content and to inform our guests, we embed the following external resources. When you access the relevant page, your IP address is transmitted to the providers so that they can deliver the content to your browser. We have no influence on the scope of the data processing carried out there.

Google Maps:
On the page "Location" we embed a map provided by Google Maps (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When the page is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Google; a transfer to the United States cannot be excluded. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in an appealing presentation of our location pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Google Fonts:
We use web fonts ("Google Fonts") provided by Google Ireland Limited for a uniform display of fonts. When a page is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Google. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent and appealing presentation of our content pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Font Awesome (Cloudflare CDN):
For the display of icons we use the Font Awesome library, which is delivered via the content delivery network of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When a page is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Cloudflare. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. 12. Phone Contact

Phone inquiries are handled verbally only. We do not record phone calls and do not store phone numbers beyond the processing of your inquiry.

13. Right to Lodge a Complaint
